Crystal Garland
PMHNP-BC, APRN
Crystal Garland is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and co-owner of Nurturing Roots Mental Health Center. She has a passion for mental wellbeing and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families.
Crystal provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
Her goal is to help clients address mental health concerns while supporting emotional wellness, personal growth, and lasting stability.
Keith Garland
LMSW
Keith Garland, LMSW, is a licensed social worker and co-owner of Nurturing Roots Mental Health Center. He has over two decades of experience working with at-risk youth and is passionate about supporting individuals, families, and underserved communities.
Keith is committed to creating safe, supportive spaces where clients feel seen, valued, and encouraged. His work is rooted in compassion, advocacy, and a desire to help others overcome challenges, build resilience, and move toward positive change.
